These terms are an agreement between you and Noura covering your use of the Noura mobile app and this website. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
Not medical advice
Noura is a personal tracking tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or dosing recommendations, and it is not a substitute for your healthcare provider. Never start, stop or change a medication based on the app. If you think you may have a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
Your account
You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you log. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to operate the app for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service.
- Do not use the app to store other people's health data without their permission.
- Do not resell or redistribute the app or its content.
Subscriptions and payments
Noura offers free features and an optional paid plan. Paid plans are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, renew automatically until cancelled, and can be managed or cancelled in your store account settings. Refunds follow the policy of the store you purchased through.
Availability and changes
We may update, change or discontinue features. We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Noura is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using Noura and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes to these terms
We will post updates here and notify you of material changes in the app or by email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
